Cancellation Policy

A last minute cancellation means that another client who is in need of our services could not be seen because the time slot was reserved for you or your child. If you know that you will be unable to make a scheduled appointment, please contact us immediately for rescheduling, and allow us to fill your psychologist's time slot.

• We require at least 2 business days' notice of a cancellation. Any cancellations within 2 business days will incur a fee of $120. In the event of a cancellation within 1 business day or ‘no-show’, you will be charged $240.

• Please note that Medicare rebates do not apply to missed appointments.  

• If you or your child are too unwell to attend the appointment in person, please consider changing the appointment to telehealth (either video or telephone call). Cancellations due to illness within 2 business days will still incur a cancelation fee.​
