Cancellation Policy

A last minute cancellation means that another client who is in need of our services could not be seen because the time slot was reserved for you or your child. If you know that you will be unable to make a scheduled appointment, please contact us immediately for rescheduling, and allow us to fill your psychologist's time slot.

We require 48 business hours notice of a cancellation. Any cancellations within 48 business hours will incur a fee of $115. In the event of a cancellation within 24 business hours or ‘no-show’, you will be charged $230.
Please note that Medicare rebates do not apply to missed appointments.
If you or your child are too unwell to attend the appointment in person, please consider changing the appointment to telehealth (either video or telephone call). Cancellations due to illness within 48 business hours will still incur a cancelation fee.
