Information regarding reports and letters
Reports, letters and form fill-outs (including NDIS applications) can only be done for current clients who regularly see Dr. Lim.
If your last appointment with Dr. Lim has exceeded two months, this means that she does not consider herself your current practitioner, and we suggest seeing your current GP, psychiatrist, paediatrician or psychologist to obtain the required letter or report.
As there is a high demand for reports and letters, there is a waitlist for these documents that can take upward of 3 weeks to 2 months to complete.
Information for NDIS clients
We are accepting clients that are self-managing their funding. However, we have closed our books for plan-managed clients for now. You can still book an appointment with Dr. Lim using any other payment options. We thank you for your understanding.
Appointments/Waiting list
As we have had a large influx of people wanting appointments, our waitlist has grown. We are making our way through this waitlist as quickly as we can, so your patience is appreciated.
We currently have no options for advance bookings. You will be placed on our waitlist, and will be contacted when appointments become available.
If you were wanting an appointment for a few months time, it would be best that you contact us at least two weeks before the desired time to be placed on our waitlist (to avoid human error!).
