During this challenging time, we understand that you may be concerned about the continued development of COVID-19 (coronavirus), and the effects it has on your day-to-day lives. We would like to take this time to wish you and your families the best in this difficult time, and to provide you with some information on how we will be delivering our services.

What we have done and will continue to do:

  • At the beginning of the day, at regular intervals and at the end of the day, all surfaces are wiped down with soapy water and sprayed with disinfectant.

  • Remove all toys and magazines in the waiting room.

  • Remove the bag of fidget/sensory toys in Dr Lim’s office.

  • Provide hand sanitiser at the reception desk.

  • Only one pen is provided at the reception. The pen will wiped down with soapy water after each use.

  • The reception may not be attended. If you want to check regarding your appointment, we ask you to email us

What we ask you to (besides what is already recommended by the government):

  • Bring along toys, games and books to keep your children occupied while waiting. Prepare your children for the changes.

  • Bring along fidget/sensory toys if needed. Prepare your children for the change.

  • Bring along a book or magazine to keep yourself occupied while waiting.

  • Bring along a pen in case you need to write things down or sign any document.

  • (If you prefer) You can wait in your car or outside the clinic if you like to ensure social distancing in our waiting room. If you are waiting in your car, let us know the colour of your car and the number plate so Dr Lim will go and get you when she is finished with her previous appointment.

At this point in time, Dr. Lim is still conducting face-to-face appointments. However, if you have NDIS funding or other private funding, private health insurance or would like to pay out of pocket, we are offering Zoom and Skype appointments if a lockdown is in place. Restrictions of MHCP has been lifted, and you can now use your MHCP to do TeleHealth with Dr. Lim.

Thank you for your understanding during this time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email.
